Manoa CPA LLC was founded in May 2022 by Carleton L. Williams, CPA, and began offering Financial Reporting Services and Client Advisory Services on July 3, 2023. Carleton is assisted by other experienced CPAs and accountants who share his commitment to quality and client services.

Carleton L. Williams, CPA
Managing Member
Carleton Williams has been helping clients flourish by providing top-level client accounting services for over 40 years. He prides himself on being very efficient, focused, and friendly.
From the corridors of the University of Hawaii at Manoa to the dynamic world of Big 8 public accounting, Carleton has carved a legacy of financial expertise and leadership. A proud alumnus of the Shidler College of Business, Carleton's academic journey culminated in a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a later-added master’s Degree with an emphasis in Finance.
His professional trajectory began at Deloitte, where, for over a decade, he honed his skills and held pivotal roles such as managing Deloitte’s Hilo office and spearheading key audits for major Hawaiian counties and corporations. This foundational experience became the steppingstone to entrepreneurial endeavors, including co-founding a CPA firm in Honolulu in January 1989, and later, the establishment of CW Associates, CPAs, effective July 2008. This firm not only garnered accolades like the 2014 Business Leadership Hawaii Award but was also recognized as a top place to work for nine consecutive years.
Carleton’s latest venture, Manoa CPA LLC, established in 2023, reflects his continuous commitment to delivering unparalleled Client Advisory and accounting services.

Carleton's commitment extends beyond the confines of balance sheets and ledgers. His civic spirit shines through his active involvement with organizations like The Salvation Army, Hawaii, and Pacific Region Advisory Board, and the Washington Place Foundation.
